    Software-as-a-Service is a subscription based software solution delivery model. 360 Health Systems will host both the solutions and data on our secure state of the art infrastructure. You can access your solution “24/7” as if it resided locally, but without all the additional expenses for licenses, hardware, maintenance and support, additional personnel, etc.
  • Does 360 Health Systems mitigate my risk?

    360 Health Systems is HIPPA compliant, operating within a SAS 70 Type II certified Facility with a Tier 4 level.
  • Who owns my data?
    You maintain ownership of your claims and contract data. Provisions in our user agreement provide that we either destroy or return this data to you if you elect to terminate the subscription.
  • What performance guarantees does 360 Health Systems provide?
    360 Health Systems guarantees 98.7% uptime. Our Support team is available weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
